At CryptoCardz, we are committed to providing a smooth and secure digital shopping experience. Due to the nature of digital products, our return and refund policy is designed to prevent fraud and misuse while ensuring customer satisfaction when legitimate issues arise.


1. All Sales Are Final

All purchases of digital gift cards, codes, or other downloadable products on CryptoCardz are final and non-refundable once the code has been delivered.

This includes:

  • Successfully delivered gift card codes (via email or user dashboard)
  • Accidental purchases
  • Incompatibility with platforms or regions (if details were clearly listed)

2. Exceptions — Defective or Invalid Codes

If you receive a code that is:

  • Already redeemed
  • Invalid or unusable
  • Incorrect or mismatched (e.g., you ordered a Steam card but received an Amazon card)

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. You must provide:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Screenshot or evidence of the error

We will investigate the matter and, if verified, offer:

  • A replacement code or
  • A full refund (only in cases where a replacement is not possible)

3. Cryptocurrency Payments

If you paid with cryptocurrency, refunds (when applicable) will be issued in the original crypto amount, minus any non-recoverable transaction or gas fees. We are not responsible for fluctuations in crypto value between purchase and refund.


4. Late or Missing Delivery

If your code has not been delivered within the expected time:

  • Check your spam/junk folder
  • Ensure your email address was entered correctly
  • Log in to your CryptoCardz account to view your order history

If it still hasn’t arrived after 12 hours, please contact our support team.


5. Fraud & Abuse

We reserve the right to refuse refunds to users who:

  • Have a history of refund abuse
  • Attempt to resell or redistribute purchased codes
  • Provide false or misleading information

All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
